Emulsion polymerization production line is a typical multi-formula, multi-operation process equipment. First, there are many kinds of formulas, and one reaction kettle needs to produce many formula products; second, the operation process of each formula is different, the type of raw materials, the formula amount of feeding, the order of feeding, and the mode of feeding will be different.

This system is especially suitable for the multi-formulation production process in the fine chemical industry.

Formula management technology: To produce a product, you need to know the formula amount of each raw material and control the feeding unit equipment according to the formula amount. Our company has specially developed a database for formula management. The parameters of the formula raw materials are entered into the database by the process engineer, and the control system will automatically extract the formula parameters from the database and execute the program according to the requirements of the formula parameters.

Formula process management technology: The raw material formula, feeding sequence, feeding mode and formula parameters of each product will be different. Our specially developed process database can manage the formula operation process. The process engineer inputs the recipe operation process into the database, and the control system executes the operation steps according to the process input by the process engineer to complete the process operation process of a recipe. Emulsion polymerization mainly includes monomer batching, initiator batching, reducing agent batching, material dropwise addition and polymerization reaction, finished product blending and other processes. 

The formula control, operation sequence control, dripping control and polymerization temperature control of raw materials are all completed by the control system. The dripping flow of raw materials into the kettle is controlled by a variable frequency pump or a regulating valve. Due to the particularity of exothermic reaction process, the temperature adopts cascade + discrete control technology. The temperature control deviation is better than the requirements of the process.
